Founder and Executive Director, Dr. Sally Ann Graham, earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from St. John’s University in Queens, New York and she has a post-doctoral degree in Child/Adolescent/Family Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from The Postgraduate Center for Mental Health in Manhattan. Dr. Graham is licensed to practice psychology in New York State. She has over 20 years of clinical experience working with individuals of every age in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient; integrated community health; school consultation; and private practice.

Prior to opening RPA, Dr. Graham was the founder and director of the NuHealth Therapy Center for Children, Adolescents, and Families at Nassau University Medical Center, which was established as part of a federally-funded grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Most recently, she was the Director of Behavioral Health for the Long Island Federally Qualified Health Centers (LIFQHC) and was responsible for developing and integrating behavioral health services into existing community-based primary care settings in underserved areas of Nassau County.

In addition to a commitment to working with and helping individuals and families, Dr. Graham has always been passionate about teaching psychology and psychotherapy and has been training doctors and trainees from all disciplines for over 17 years. At RPA, she has continued that commitment to aiding in the development of young professionals and has assembled a team of highly skilled and talented therapists from the areas of psychology, social work and marital and family therapy.

Dr. Graham is a member of the American Psychological Association and the New York State Psychological Association.
